Let's talk about business meetings for ladies. Your look does send a message. Whether fashion has to do with the business at hand or not, your appearance from top to bottom leaves an everlasting impression.

Hair, clothing, makeup, accessories, nails...everyone that you come into contact with, will notice these things. The message you should be sending out is this: I am intelligent, important, and impressive.

"You'll want to do business with me."

So, pay close attention to this list, and you will not fail!!!!

A. Clothing.............You want to maintain attention with your choices of attire.

The fit, color, style, will all speak out. Wearing pieces that are stylish, the right colors, and professional, are not very clingy or tight, will create importance.

B. Makeup............A very important aspect of your complete package.

Your face should appear clean, but polished. A light application of soft color will enhance your features, thus more of an impression is made. Have a foundation/powder to even out your skin, even to keep it from shining (never let them see you sweat). Eyeliner, mascara, some shadow, will all open up your eyes, and make you look even more alive (eye contact is vital). But, watch your application of color. Be sure to blend suitable colors with the right makeup tools (your brushes). No harsh edges allowed. Add soft brush.

C. Hair...............Clean, styled in a modern look of today, maybe some light spray/gel to add some sophistication. You could slick it back with elastic or a type of barrette. Hair spray will give hold and will control your flyways, or stays if your hair is in an updo, or more sophisticated style.

D. Nails............Medium to short. Never, too long and claw like. You'll be giving away your business!! Light colors, French manicures, even a red shade, will look clean and professional. Just never dirty or too long.

In Summary, creating the lasting impression takes all of you, put to work.

From what you have to say, to how it is spoken, to how you look, from your nose to your toes, your hips to your lips....MATTERS.

.....don't be mistaken.......
